1. Go to the admin panel -> Plugins -> Add new

The set of plugins that I use:

• Cyr-is-lat – the first plugin that is important to install, this plugin will help transliterate russian urls (make Russian letters and English).
• WordPress SEO by Yoast – if you want your site to be found, then it is vital to install a plugin for SEO. The one I propose, in my opinion, the best and has almost all the necessary SEO tools. Important, the fact that the plugin is fully integrated into the CMS and makes it possible to work not only with the system but also with the results of other high-quality plugins. If it's not clear now, then take it on faith and use, and once you get used to it, try other plugins and feel the difference, then you will understand the essence of what has been said.
• Codepress Admin Columns – not the most important, but one of those, which surprise and greatly speed up certain types of work. The plugin manages columns in separate data types. When you start learning individual data types, you will really like it..

• AntiVirus – assistant in finding hacks of your site, but if you don't know how to make WordPress templates yet and don't know the PHP language, I advise you to study, self-medication can be fatal to the site.

• Advanced Access Manager – blocks user access to those admin areas, that they shouldn't see, and also prohibits certain actions (adding posts to the site, changing records, comments approval…). Recently, the plugin has changed a lot and expands the functionality., but sometimes they have problems after updates. I advise you to test new updates on the test site.
• Shortcodes Ultimate – the plugin has changed dramatically and now it has become 200% better. Noticed, that the plugin has problems updating and after the last major shortcodes have changed, and the old ones just became inactive. Be careful with him, but he's still cool.
• Contact Form 7 – if not the best, then one of the best contact form builder plugins.
• WP Super Cache – as far as I know the fastest caching plugin, you need to install it after the site is fully launched and it can speed up your site in 2-4 times.
• Subscribe To Comments Reloaded – plugin for subscription to updates in the comments. There are a lot of settings and be sure to figure them out.
• WP Smush.it – using Yahoo compresses each picture, which you upload to WordPress CMS. Cannot compress very large photos.
• Special Recent Posts – output recent entries and has a lot of settings. Sometimes I use.
• Shortcode Exec PHP – if you don’t know how or don’t want to make shortcodes manually, then use this plugin.
• Types – one of a bunch of cool plugins and the only one in that bunch that's completely free. Try and buy a paid set, buy advise full. • WP-PageNavi – makes pagination for wordpress, which is not in the standard WordPress package.

• WP Minify – style compression, scripts, html code. Use carefully, as the site template can float if everything is not done well in it.
• Internal Link Builder – probably one of the best plugins for linking data within the site.
• Custom Admin Bar – changing and adding admin bar functionality.
• Rus filename translit – transliteration of names of uploaded files and pictures, I would say that this is one of the required plugins, while not having any tinctures.
