External links

This can help, if someone left a link to you in a comment and you want to reply to this comment or forum topic.

Internal links

Everything is simple here. Internal links in Google Search Console are those links, that you put on your site on other articles on the site. Here you can see the full list of links and understand which articles have poor linking. In general, this is enough to make a plan on how to relink pages and get additional weight on them due to new mentions within your site.. Linking needs to be dealt with separately., Now consider the following parameters.

Site, referring most often

Site, linkers most often in Google Search Console is a list of domains of sites from which you are referred to most often. And if you do not find in this section the sites from which you put links, Google won't take these links into account.. It may be by 2 reasons, google has not indexed your link because it has not yet found it or this link is not of high quality for Google and he does not want to take it into account. This list may change with new google updates..

Most Common Link Texts

Most Common Link Texts, they are often referred to simply link anchors. This is the text that the user sees when they click on a link on an external site.. Google takes them into account when ranking search results and it is important that the texts in the links correspond to the content they link to.. By the way, the most natural anchors most often look like just a URL and I think google understands this too.
